Our Stylists are responsible for servicing all members efficiently and delivering the exceptional service while mastering all solutions HairClub offers. Show off your cutting and coloring skills and enjoy the environment of working in your own private room and on a team! The biggest intangible/ value is the life changing impact our stylist have on our clients...they just don’t cut and style hair... they help give them the lives they want and deserve.
Client Service Coordinator
The Client Service Coordinator role manages all front desk operations. You are that first smiling face our clients see when they walk in. From creating that initial positive interaction to scheduling their next appointment , the Client Service Coordinator also answers all incoming calls and engages with new prospects and returning clients with a positive attitude and a spirit of hospitality.
Image Consultant
Our Image Consultant is the first face-to-face contact in the center with our potential clients to help them find the right solution that fits their needs and lifestyle. By building rapport and asking the right questions in a consultative setting, you can help many people with hair solution that suits their lifestyle. Make a difference! Center Manager
As a Center Manager at HairClub, you will lead all operations in our center in order to ensure success in terms of client experience, efficiency, sales, profitability and safety. The center manager is responsible for hiring, training and managing the center talent and holding the team accountable on following HairClub's policies and procedures.
